People looking to travel between Europe and Israel have a reason to celebrate. Low-cost carrier EasyJet opened a new route between Tel Aviv and Berlin in February, and in April weekly flights from Milan and London will open as well. Altogether, EasyJet will now offer 34 weekly flights to Tel Aviv from Western Europe.
Since 2009, EasyJet has flown more than a million passengers to and from Israel. With these new flights, the company expects to transport more than half a million passengers to and from Israel in 2014 alone. More information is available here.
