As a gift for this year’s Independence Day (modern Israel’s 68th) the online news portal Ynet published a collection of 20 stunning aerial photographs from across the Land of Israel.
The photos were shot by award-winning photographer Israel Berdugo over the past 12 months.
Berdugo has made a name for himself around the world, but says that there is nothing like photographing the Land of Israel.
“Each trip around the world only made me realize more that the region in which we live is nothing short of amazing. There is no more beautiful country than the Land of Israel,” he told Ynet.
