Spring in any country is beautiful, but in Israel, where most of the year the landscape is a parched brown, it holds extra resonance.
Rivers fill to overflowing, fields and valleys turn green, and wildflowers of all sorts can be found dotting even the aridest of landscapes.
It’s no surprise, then, that spring is one of the most popular times of year for people to go out hiking and trekking in the countryside, or take tours and trips across the country.
