Celebrity chef Segev owns 11 restaurants and his own food production company, as well as serving as the head chef at the residence of Israel’s prime minister. He is famous for making kosher cooking new and exciting. His restaurants are a mix of kosher and non-kosher, his most notable being Segev Art in Herzliya.
